Having all become such good friends at University, we celebrated our graduation with an unforgettable trip to Amsterdam. Two years later and it was time for a reunion and Italy was at the top of the list. Training through Pisa, Florence and Rome we got to spend just over a week exploring one of my favourite countries in Europe.
